A bill is missing
- Check the timeframe filter.
- Check the account filter.
- Check the status filter.
- If using a custom range, make sure the bill date is inside it.
Notifications are not showing
- Make sure notifications are enabled in the app.
- Check the selected notification time.
- Make sure the bill is inside the due-warning window.
- Confirm iPhone notification permission is turned on.
Import or export problems
- Use CSV files exported by Bill Beacon where possible.
- Keep dates in YYYY-MM-DD format for normal use.
- Avoid adding times or time zones unless you specifically need them.
