Canvas Calc

Canvas Calc is a specialized app designed for LED Creatives BYTE Controller users, enabling precise calculation and visualization of Virtual Start (VS) and Virtual End (VE) positions. It helps ensure that LED strips behave consistently, even with varying lengths, by synchronizing their effects and timings.

User Guide

Follow these simple steps to get started with Canvas Calc:

1. Download and Install: Get the Canvas Calc app from the App Store.
2. Enter Pixel Values: Start by entering the length (in pixels) for each LED strip you want to configure. Use the text field to input the pixel length, and press the "Add Line" button.
3. Adjust Alignments: Use the alignment buttons (Left, Center, Right) to automatically align all LED strips to your desired position on the virtual canvas.
4. Drag and Position: Each LED strip can be manually dragged to adjust its position. The Virtual Start (VS) and Virtual End (VE) values will automatically update to match the new position.
5. Synchronize Strips: The app calculates the VS and VE values to ensure that all strips behave as if they are the same length, ensuring consistent effects across all strips.
6. Reset: If you need to start over, press the "Reset" button to clear the canvas and input fields.
